2. Role

We are looking for a driven Enterprise Associate who is excited about our mission and eager to deliver impact while joining a dynamic team. In this role, you will organize, coordinate, and support key administrative functions for the Enterprise Growth team. The ideal candidate has experience in revenue cycle management (RCM) and data analysis, with strong detail orientation, problem solving, and collaboration skills. Your focus will ultimately support expanding comprehensive women’s health care coverage for users nationwide.

3. Manager

You will report directly to the Head of Enterprise Growth, Jay Bhimani, who leads all commercial activities with our strategic partners including health plans, employers, brands, and strategic non-profits.

4. Responsibilities

  • Manage logistics of payer contracting initiatives to ensure comprehensive coverage for users nationwide
  • Facilitate short-term RCM activities with our clinical operations team, including partnering with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Enterprise) to ensure accurate loading and administration of active payer contracts into our RCM.
  • Manage all client-related data analysis and reporting, including supporting preparation for monthly and quarterly business reviews with payers.
  • Coordinate consultation success process improvements to enhance patient and provider experience
  • Support the launch of new enterprise member engagement initiatives with new and existing clients
  • Contribute to other related projects as necessary

5. Requirements

We are looking for exceptional candidates who have:

  • 1-2 years of experience with revenue cycle management and/or data analysis (in a telehealth company preferred)
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analytics platforms
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with proven success working cross functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, data, finance, or related field preferred

8. Compensation & Benefits

  • Attractive compensation package
    • Total cash compensation up to $79k
    • Base compensation between $65-75k
    • Performance-based cash bonus of up 5%
