JOB SUMMARY:

As a Part-Time Field Marketer, you’ll bring the PeopleOne Health brand to life in our communities — supporting our mission to make healthcare more personal, local, and accessible. You’ll play a vital hands-on role in ensuring that our health centers and events are stocked, ready, and welcoming for every member experience.

This role will report to the Director of Marketing and work closely with the Client Success & Member Experience teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Attend and represent PeopleOne Health at community events, wellness fairs, and client activations to ensure a best-in-class experience.
• Drive on-site enrollment and appointment scheduling at events by engaging members, answering questions, and guiding them through next steps.
• Coordinate pickup and delivery of marketing materials, event equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Execute proactive outreach to non-enrolled and non-engaged members using phone, email, and other viable channels to drive activation and appointment scheduling.

Education:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, health sciences, or a related field

Experience:

• Interest in gaining hands-on marketing or event experience in a mission-driven organization
• Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable interacting with the public
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally across Florida
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with event setup
• Must live in the Palm Beach County market
