What we're looking for
As an early stage start-up, the ability to develop engaging products is critical to our growth. We are seeking a Head of Product to manage the user experience for Health in Her HUE (HIHH). You would be key in generating user requirements and building features that reflect those requirements, with a focus on our clinical solutions (e.g. - virtual consults). We are seeking an experienced product leader that has built digital health solutions to help us execute on our next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
Create and present visionary innovations and strategic decision proposals
Plan new features, changes and improvements to the product suite
Perform analysis of customer and market signals to identify members’ needs and opportunities for product development
Engage with internal/external partners and other key stakeholders to gather input and garner support for product/service vision, strategy, and roadmap
Drive and track key results, success criteria and performance metrics
Collaborate with the HIHH Executive team to manage go-to market strategy for HIHH clinical products
Work closely with HIHH Chief Medical Officer and Chief Technology Officer to continuously and actively manage HIHH product deliverables
Use performance metrics to derive insights that lead to productive courses of action to improve clinical product/feature development, iteration, and implementation.
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of clinical product development
Lead product management resources to motivate and achieve steady improvements in your function
In partnership with other product leads, create consistent, unified experience across HIHH products, platforms, and services
Systematically collect end user feedback using market research methods like interviews and surveys
Leverage data informed feedback and insights for clinical roadmap planning and execution
Serve as Digital Health Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HIHH
Lead the overall planning and execution of HIHH’s telehealth launch focused on Fibroids
Research, vet and recommend technology solutions to support product delivery
Develop assessment framework for clinical pilots and workstreams
Provide input on data collection to support analytics reporting
Create strategy for scaling telehealth offering post-initial launch
Establish necessary organizational processes, policies and procedures related to HIHH’s product development
Qualifications
Commitment to advancing health equity for the women that Health in Her HUE serves
Understand the lived experiences of Black women and women of color
10+ years of Product experience building digital consumer products throughout the entire product lifecycle (5-7 years of this experience should be healthcare or digital health product experience)
Previous experience as a Product Lead
Ability to create and manage roadmaps, timelines budgets and workflows
Familiarity with Agile development and Software Development Lifecycle
Experience building Digital Health solutions for B2B2C sales models
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Capable of using technology and data to support your work and help drive ongoing evaluation and tracking of KPIs
Organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to take initiative with a strong orientation for meeting deadlines
Stellar verbal and written communication skills

Health In Her HUE (HIHH) is a digital health platform intentionally designed to meet the healthcare needs of Black women and women of color (WOC). It creates a seamless experience for Black women and WOC to find and connect with culturally sensitive healthcare providers, culturally tailored health content, and community support. Health In Her HUE is a solution that will fill a much needed gap in the market for women who have been historically and contemporarily underserved and marginalized by the healthcare system.
