If you’re licensed in Maryland as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Graduate Marriage & Family Therapist (LGMFT) and are passionate about providing identity-affirming, evidence-based care, we’d love to connect!

What We Offer

We provide free supervision to help you grow as a clinician and work toward full independent licensure. Our goal is to support you in developing expertise in LGBTQ+ mental health while offering a flexible, mission-driven opportunity.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking LMSW, LGPC, and LGMFT therapists / counselors in Maryland with experience and a strong passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals, particularly BIPOC clients. If that’s you, we’d love to set up a quick chat to explore whether partnering with Allswell is a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy in a telehealth setting, serving LGBTQ+ clients.
• Participate in free supervision sessions to support professional growth.
• Conduct assessments and maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation.
• Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based care tailored to the unique needs of LGBTQ+ individuals.
• Commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week with flexible scheduling.

Sample Compensation

$50 per 60-Minute Intake Session

$40 per 45-Minute Session

$30/hour for Meetings & Training
